Motor Vehicle Accidents
For those who have been injured in a motor vehicle accident, massage can be an important part of the healing process. Whiplash is one of the most common injuries in these accidents and massage can be an effective way to treat the muscles injured in that process. When receiving massage after a car accident, your auto insurance is billed directly by us.
We are able to provide massage as an in-network provider with First Choice/Kaiser (new and current clients) and Aetna (current clients only) at this time. In order to use your insurance for massage, you must provide a doctor's referral/prescription for the massage. Depending on your exact insurance and benefit, a co-pay or co-insurance payment may be required. It is your responsibility to verify your insurance benefit.
If you have been injured at work and your workplace is covered through Washington's L&I, you may be able to receive massage as part of your injury treatment. Your doctor will need to provide a referral/prescription for massage. Massage is an excellent way to treat many injuries.
